It is a bus ride they will never forget. When we board the bus, we join nine people headed to the suburbs from a day downtown. The minister. The teacher. The lawyer. The police officer. The reporter. The volunteer. The teenagers. Each with their own issues. Each with their own agenda.

Then Silas boards the bus and their lives will never be the same. Silas is a hard-working family man who has seen the decline of the inner city. He has seen those in power turn their backs. But he has no position of importance, no title, no influence.

In a very sudden, explosive turn of events, the people are taken hostage on the bus and forced to reconsider their choices, their responsibilities and their self-perceptions.
